Life coaching is a strategic, planned personal development process that supports you in discovering what is important to you, defining goals, and taking consistent action in alignment with yourself. Unlike psychological consultations, it is a more project-based, strategically planned form of development focused on specific topics and goals. The process focuses on the future – on where you want to go and how you want to get there. In this work, I rely on your rhythm and balance. During sessions, I intentionally avoid giving advice; instead, I use tools that provoke reflection, ask open-ended questions, and provide homework assignments.
Life coaching is not therapy, nor is it mentoring or training. It is an intriguing, deep, and at the same time demanding development process. If you are currently in psychotherapy, you can combine it with life coaching in consultation with your therapist.
