Psychologist & Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach

I am a psychologist, trainer, and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. For over 23 years, I have been supporting individuals through moments of dilemma, change, and growth. Drawing on my background in clinical psychology, coaching, training, and project management, I ensure that our conversations lead to practical results. I value both the depth of reflection and the concreteness of action.

My work is guided by the psychology of personal flourishing and collaboration – an approach focused on how people can live more fully, achieving authenticity and peace within themselves and in cooperation with others.

My Professional Path

My career path is diverse. I have worked as a psychologist in mental health clinics, managed development projects in international business environments, and provided Gallup Strengths Coaching for experts across various fields. These experiences allow me to look at my Clients’ challenges from several perspectives at once: psychological, strategic, and human-centered.
In my work with Clients, I am guided by dialogue and practical solutions. I help you organize what feels overwhelming, bring clarity, and achieve real results. I focus on actionable steps that create a sense of balance, flow, and peace.

I work in both Polish and English. I am mindful of the boundaries of my professional influence; therefore, when a situation requires it, I openly recommend other or additional forms of support available on the market.

Psychological Expertise

I completed my psychological studies at one of Poland’s most prestigious institutions, the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, in 2002. My academic focus was centered on Clinical Psychology and the Psychology of Inner Development.

Between 2002 and 2010, I gained extensive experience working as a psychologist in various medical facilities. My background includes work in two regional psychiatric hospitals (Złotoryja, Lubliniec) and a mental health outpatient clinic (Legnica). Throughout this time, I utilized diverse support methods, based on the principle that every intervention must be tailored to the specific needs of the individual.

I have supported Clients facing a wide range of challenges: mood and personality disorders, psychoses, neuroses, and anxiety. I have also worked with those suffering from serious somatic illnesses, individuals in personal crises, or those recovering from traumatic events. During this period, I conducted over 8,000 hours of individual consultations and facilitated numerous support groups.

I developed my clinical skills at the School of Psychological Assistance in Wrocław. I have regularly participated in professional supervision, which has allowed me to continuously refine my practice. For several years, I was also a member of the Kraków Society for Psychosomatic Education.
Since 2010, I have primarily focused on a developmental approach, working with Clients within both their personal and professional lives.

I have gained extensive corporate experience in international environments. This gives me a practical understanding of the challenges related to collaboration, development, and change management within complex organizations. Looking back, I particularly value two of my professional roles:

  1. Learning & Development Manager at Deloitte – one of the world’s leading global consulting firms. In this role, I designed and delivered training, consulted on complex development challenges, and provided both traditional and Gallup Strengths Coaching. I managed project teams and implemented growth programs for employees at all levels, including leadership roles. I also served as an Innovation Ambassador. One of my key achievements was successfully launching and leading a professional development academy for several thousand employees.
  2. HR Business Development Manager at DB Cargo Polska, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Bahn Group – one of the world’s leading rail and logistics providers. I designed the new department and its strategy from the ground up. I organized and refined a range of processes, including training needs analysis, training portfolio delivery, and a systemic approach to change management. Alongside managing a team of six, I independently acted as a trainer and development expert, addressing challenges in collaboration and relationship building, and designing complex growth programs. My strategic leadership and team impact resulted in the DB Awards for Excellence in the “Innovator of the Year” category and a distinction from Puls Biznesu for our comprehensive employee development system.

I also support my practice through formal qualifications. I completed innovative postgraduate studies in Coaching and Training at the Tischner European University in Krakow, conducted through intensive practical workshops. My expertise is further validated by numerous industry certifications, including:

  1. Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach (Gallup)
  2. Agile Practitioner (APMG International)
  3. Agile Foundation (APMG International)
  4. Process Management (EY)
  5. Innovation Academy (Deloitte)
  6. Meta Wellbeing Trainer (Human Power)

Inspirations & Core Values

I draw inspiration from a diverse range of fields, including the psychology of personal flourishing, the psychology of creativity, the philosophy of dialogue, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I am also deeply influenced by the concepts of High-Performance Teams and the Learning Organization (The Fifth Discipline). On a personal note, I value deep relationships, nature, art, simplicity, and quality. I believe that the most effective growth occurs when we create space for reflection, uncover the non-obvious, and implement concrete, actionable steps.
